All our fabrics are made in high-quality natural fibres such as cotton or linen which are known for their softness, breathability, and durability. All fabrics are painstakingly hand woven and all surface embellishments are carefully handcrafted with hand block prints or hand embroidered by artisans from various craft clusters across the country.

In general, most of our clothes can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners, and hang or lay flat to dry. But we also recommend going through the care instructions attached to your purchase and following the care instructions for an extended life of your favourite garment.

One of our core values at myKYND is thoughtfulness, and each product that we offer, through design innovation, experimentation and a deep understanding of the product, we ensure to include great comfort, style, and quality. All the fabrics and materials that we use are carefully chosen. The fabrics we use are manufactured by skilled weavers and artisans and follow fair, sustainable and ethical practices during manufacturing, and dying processes. We believe in experience and exclusivity. We do not mass produce our designs making each limited edition collection unique and exclusive.

Moreover each order is tastefully packaged with custom artwork by an independent artist on the cover of the package making unboxing or gifting experience much satisfying. You cannot miss our close attention to details including the finish, and design. All our products are pre-washed for superior hand feel and comfort and seam-stitched to make them tidy for any occasion.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the products that you purchase. Generally, all the ready to ship orders within India should arrive within 5-7 business days. Some of our products are made to order and might take more time depending on your requirements and craft techniques involved. Please get in touch with us if you are looking for customised products and delivery. After your purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Business days are Monday to Saturday with exceptional days such as festivals, and national holidays.

Since all our products comes in free sizes, we don't accept returns unless there are any issues with the quality of the products or or wrong order being shipped to you. Kindly contact us within 7 days of purchase in case of such concerns, we will replace your product. Make sure product is in its original condition with tags attached, and not worn, washed and altered. 

Some of myKYND products are made-to-order and hence are specially made for you. Returns or exchanges are accepted only incase of damage or wrong order being shipped. 

Please understand that all our products are handmade, and even though artisans make every effort to create only the best, natural blemishes and imperfections are what make each piece unique and one of a kind.

Sustainability has been a practice that is deeply rooted with everyone at myKYND, We consciously incorporate and follow these practices from designing through manufacturing and shipping. We thoughtfully design, and manufacture our products ensuring minimal wastage, and opting sustainable materials. We only use 100% natural fibres for our garments, except for the zari embellishments.

Our packaging is made with as much love as our products with zero plastic, and biodegradable packaging. We believe sustainability as a practice is a journey that only progresses each day. As we continue to grow, we also evolve in terms of our practices and switch to natural dyes as much as possible.
